Garland rollers

Garland rollers do not only permit to be used instead of conveyor roller stations at the upper trough (upper belt section), but also at the lower trough (lower belt section) to support the returning of the belt. In a multi-sectional way, these conveyor rollers offer various linking combinations and suspensions and are often found with great belt widths.

Quick mounting, easy maintenance, better centring of the material to be conveyed, and minimized belt stress with higher belt speeds offer clear advantages during operation. Here, too, cushion rollers are employed in the loading area where material is fed onto the conveyor belt.
