Coating

It goes without saying that we supply you with conveyor rollers furnished with the desired coating.

Apart from our house standard 2K-PUR RAL 3003 (alternative RAL colours are available), we offer electro-galvanising, black finishing, base-coating, and powder coating.

Hot-type rubber coating, cold-type rubber coating, hose-type laggings, and PU coatings are often applied to conveyor rollers to serve different purposes.
Examples for this are wear protection, anti-baking protection, the reduction of noise emissions, and the increase of the grip or friction factor.
We are pleased to be capable of offering you coatings with various thicknesses and qualities. Here, too, we keep numerous standard products on stock to enable us to react quickly in cases of emergency.

We deliver customized coatings including rubber coatings and will be pleased to support you with our experience gained in many years. The layout, design, and the tolerances depend on the corresponding environmental variables on site.
